Light straw yellow in colour. The nose expresses elderberry, cassis and exotic fruits, and some gooseberry overtones. The palate has hints of sweet and sour fruits and a fruit-dominated finish.
Vineyard: Sloping slope to the southeast at 450 – 500 metres above sea level, in a sunny location, guarantees cool nights during the ripening period (fruit-forming and acid-preserving). Sandy, loamy marl on primary rock (porphyry, granite).
Pairs well with: Asparagus, onion soup, creamy soft cheese, fish dishes and as an aperitif wine.
