Grapes deep ruby red. The bouquet is opulent and complex, with cherry notes. The palate is dry, with rich, deep flavours and a silky texture remarkable for a young Barbera.
Vineyard: The average altitude of 250 metres, the traditional vine training technique, and management of the vineyards to obtain low yields allow the production of a wine with surprising characteristics and personality.
Pairs well with: Pasta dishes accompanied by meaty sauces, white and red meats, and hard cheeses. It is excellent with tagliolini with meat sauce, ravioli with Fontina cheese fondue, polenta with Taleggio cheese and Piedmontese-style tripe soup.
