Colour is deep dark ruby red. The nose is impressive with notes of black fruits such as blackberries and black berries, incredible spices like clover, cinnamon and cardamom. The palate shows great depth and structure with an elegance not to be despised and great finesse. Great ending which seems endless through the perfectly integrated acidity

Vineyard: 50 – 100 metres above sea level. Soil is medium-textured, clayey-limestone and close to the seaside

Pairs well with: Game, grilled meats, and matured cheeses.
