Intense straw yellow in colour. An important and complex Falanghina, with hints of kiwi, lime and grapefruit, lemongrass, jasmine developed to remain intact for a long time. The mouth, mineral and enveloping, expresses the same hints with a pleasant persistence.

Vineyard: 400 – 500 metres above sea level. Soil is mainly volcanic, but also clay-limestone

Pairs well with: Good with fish dishes yet perfect with raw fish.
