Light yellow with green reflections. The nose expresses fruity like apricot, pineapple, and floral like elderflower overtones. The palate is juicy with a fruit-dominated finish.

Vineyard: Higher hilly areas between 450 and 600 m above sea level. Loamy, chalky gravel.

Pairs well with: Pasta, seafood, mature and hard cheese, lean fish and cured meats.
