Intense and bright straw yellow that recalls nature, the Mediterranean scrub, and ripe fruit. The same notes appear on the nose enlivened by the flint. The palate has a good character, harmonious, warm, savory, and persistent.
Vineyard: Vineyards lie in the Colli di Luni at 50 – 450 metres above sea level. The sandy, alluvial soil of the valet and the meagre, dry soil of the hills gives these wines such unique characteristics.
Pairs well with: An excellent aperitif served with simple dishes such as bruschetta with fresh tomato and Taggiasca olives, or delicate fish dishes such as steamed seafood or octopus and potatoes.
