Light pink in colour, the nose offers distinctive scents of raspberry and blackberry aromas. The palate is crisp and lightly sweet, with a long-lingering finish.

Pairs well with: Excellent with desserts, cream cakes, fruit and fruit salads, dry patisserie, particularly Brut e Bon, panna cotta, lady fingers and Krumiri.
