Beautiful garnet red colour. Multi-layered warm notes of ripe forest berries and roasted coffee beans. A strong body palate with smooth tannins in great harmony with a vivacious acidity structure and long-lasting finish.
Vineyard: South-facing slopes with a Mediterranean Sea climate between 250 – 350metres above sea level. Gravelly, loamy soils and slightly characterized by the surrounding porphyry slopes.
Pairs well with: Duck breast on orange sauce or entrecote on rocket bed with parmesan sliver; a taste experience for a spicy vegetable pan.
