Is named after a work by Cesare Pavese. Strong golden yellow with opulent scent of candied fruit, nutmeg and vanilla. Warm and full on the palate, always with the floral sweetness of the Muscat grape with an optimally dosed acidity framework in the foreground.
Vineyard: Vineyard management techniques are aimed at obtaining the maximum grape health, an essential condition for prolonging the ripening process and obtaining high concentrations of sugar and aromas.
Pairs well with: This Moscato Passito excels when paired with mature and blue cheeses. It is also ideal with creamy desserts, cream cakes and dry patisserie. It is an excellent wine for meditation.
