Est 2004 Salento Negroamaro IGT Dark black red in colour, Fragrance bouquet of amarena cherries, spices, balsamic notes. The palate showcases hints of blackberries, juicy fruit, round tannins, long finish and a grand finale.
Vineyard: 51 – 100 metres above sea level. Soil is medium-textured, clayey-limestone and close to the seaside
Pairs well with: Try a Negroamaro or blend with barbecue chicken pizza, pulled pork sandwiches or teriyaki. Caramelized foods seem to bring out the sweetness in this wine.
