Intense yellow in colour. The bouquet is dominated with apricot, peach, and citrus towards the end, one can notice dried fruits with balsamic hints, mint, and sage. The palate is well balanced and very persistent with sensations of dried fruits emerging from a base of citrus and exotic fruits.

Vineyard: 250 – 300 metres above sea level these 3.9 hectares, cultivated in guyot, located on the volcanic slopes of Monte Calvarina on the east side of the Soave DOC area.

Pairs well with: Ideal with complex dishes of fish and sweet grilled meats like lamb and goat. Intriguing with well-seasoned cheeses.
