Fine and persistent with a bouquet of scented Rosé, citrus fruit, acacia flowers, vine blossom, white peach, pear, and apple. The palate is velvety with an elegant appealing flavour and long creamy finish.

Vineyard: Produced in the hills of Col Vetoraz and Mont in the well-known Superiore di Cartizze DOCG area, 400 metres above sea level and that the soils remained of marine origin, composed of marls and sandstone, less deep and more porous.

Pairs well with: Gracefully accompanies the closure of a fine meal, it is ideal for remembering important moments, it is perfect paired with a traditional sopressa.
