Amber yellow colour, sophisticated and complex nose with overtones of licorice, carob, dried figs, walnut husks, and raisins. It has a very lengthy persistence and is full, warm, and seductive in the mouth.
Vineyard: 300 – 500 meters above sea level and protected microclimate. Clay soils, darker in colour and soil aggregation is more distinct
Pairs well with: Brilliant with extra-mature spicy blue-veined cheese, small cakes and melted dark chocolate, pastries with nuts and with all traditional Abruzzo’s specialities.
