Strong ruby red in colour. The nose is pronounced and complex with a hint of wild blackberries and undergrowth. The palate is dry, velvety with a pleasant acidity and a round and persistent finish.
Vineyard: 120 meters above sea level, facing south-south east. Marl-sandstone and alluvial soils.
Pairs well with: Goes best with dark meat, especially roasts, grilled and mature cheeses.
