The expressive charge of Aglianico combined with the soft fruit typical of Piedirosso give this wine pleasantness and satisfying shelf life.
Vineyard: Sloping slope to the southeast at 450 – 500 metres above sea level, in a sunny location, guarantees cool nights during the ripening period (fruit-forming and acid-preserving). Sandy, loamy marl on primary rock (porphyry, granite).
Pairs well with: Asparagus, onion soup, creamy soft cheese, fish dishes and as an aperitif wine.
