Intense ruby colour. The nose shows complex aromas of juicy cherries, finest spices, plums, and black forest berries. A well-polished palate, dense and with lots of fruit. Present but silky tannins, finely enclosed by the fruit, full of finesse and persistent with a first-class acidity.

Vineyard: Over 60 hectares of vineyards, carefully selected by our technicians and managed to obtain low yields, participate in the “Superbarbera” project. The blending of grapes from vineyards with slightly different soils and microclimates enables us to obtain a better wine with the best balance between structure and aroma.

Pairs well with: This wine is particularly well-suited to pairing with structured pasta dishes and meats, such as veal fillet, mini gnocchi with Castelmagno cheese, cannelloni with leeks and Gorgonzola, and tagliatelle with meat sauce.
