Dark violet-ruby colour. Fine with elegant fruit on the nose, reminiscent of ripe berries, bramble, and cocoa, woodsy undertones. Dense and creamy on the palate, finely structured tannin with a long finish.

Vineyard: Slight hillside location with east to southeast exposure at 230 – 260 metres above sea level, loamy-sandy limestone gravel soil.

Pairs well with: Game, roasts, dark meat and hard cheese.
