Light lemon yellow with greenish reflections. Not intrusive on the nose, yet elegant and fresh with aromas of lime, pear and apricot. A pleasant acidity on the palate, notes of ripe apple and pineapple with a lingering finish.

Vineyard: The vineyard is located at 450 m above s/l in the vulcanic hills of Roncà (from which derives the name Roncha) on the slopes of the vulcano Monte Calvarina.

Pairs well with: Excellent as an aperitif, it is suitable both to celebrate and to be enjoyed at any moment of the day. It perfectly matches with starters, light main courses and superb with fish.
