Pale straw yellow with golden reflections. The bouquet is complex and elegant, with floral notes of white blossom, stone fruits and a subtle mineral character. On the palate, the wine is fresh and well-structured, with good acidity and a long, clean finish.

Vineyard: Vineyard: 250 – 300 metres above sea level these 3.9 hectares, cultivated in guyot, located on the volcanic slopes of Monte Calvarina on the east side of the Soave DOC area.

Ideal with complex dishes of fish and sweet grilled meats like lamb and goat. Intriguing with well-seasoned cheeses.
