Intense ruby red turning to garnet with aging. The nose is spicy with hints of cherry, black cherry, and plum. The palate offers a fine and velvety persistence with soft tannins a the end.
Vineyard: The vineyard is cultivated with the Guyot system, the altitude is around 350 metres on the sea level in the Valpolicella area for the Corvina and Corvinone
Pairs well with: Grilled and roasted red meat, cold cuts, medium age cheese, pasta with meat sauce.
