Bright yellow in colour. The nose expresses scent of pear and ripe golden apples, with undertones of flint and hazelnuts. The palate is fruit-dominated with balanced acidity and a lingering finish.
Vineyard: Sloping slope to the southeast at 450 – 500 metres above sea level, in a sunny location, guarantees cool nights during the ripening period (fruit-forming and acid-preserving). Sandy, loamy marl on primary rock (porphyry, granite).
Pairs well with: This wine pairs well with light appetizers, fish dishes and also as an aperitif.
