Straw yellow with greenish highlights. The freshness of the pineapple binds with the sweet notes of peach, merging with the passion fruit. The palate is fresh, particularly fruity and pulpy yet distinctly aromatic.

Vineyard: 500 – 550 metres above sea level. Soil is mainly volcanic, but also clay-limestone

Pairs well with: Blue fish, white meats and rich salads.
