Dark red in color. The nose expresses juicy black cherries, plums and dark forest berries as well as nuances of leather, coffee and dark chocolate. The palate, is juicy, with a full-body, complex structure and present tannins. Fine mineral tips accompany the very persistent finish.
Vineyard: 250 – 400 metres above sea level. Soil is mainly volcanic, but also clay-limestone
Pairs well with: Ideal for fine charcuterie, game meat and matured cheeses.
