On the nose, this red wine unfolds notes of blackberries, blueberries, and plums, the present bouquet is supported by fine vanilla, tobacco, and leather nuances. The palate, is muscular, expansive, with a full-body paired with amazing finesse and complexity. Robust, but still perfectly integrated and silky tannins. An exceptional wine that is only produced in Riserva quality.

Vineyard: 250 – 400 metres above sea level. Soil is mainly volcanic, but also clay-limestone

Pairs well with: Ideal for fine charcuterie, game meat and matured cheeses.
