Brilliant straw yellow colour with golden highlights and greenish hues. Fruity, pleasant nose with the scent of tropical fruit. Dry and fresh palate, clearly distinguishable flavours of papaya, yellow peach.

Vineyard: 300 – 500 meters above sea level and protected microclimate. Clay soils, nutrient deficient and fast draining.

Pairs well with: Ideal with grilled fish, shellfish, risottos, white meats and semi-mature cheeses.
