Vineyard: The vineyard is located at 450 m above s/l in the vulcanic hills of Roncà (from which derives the name Roncha) on the slopes of the vulcano Monte Calvarina.

Pairs well with: Excellent as an aperitif, it is suitable both to celebrate and to be enjoyed at any moment of the day. It perfectly matches with starters, light main courses and superb with fish.
