A sweet wine with unusual intensity and gentleness, a rich, opaque crimson hue, enchanted aroma, and a wide, well-balanced flavour. The shade is a deep, opaque red that is reminiscent of ruby. There are unmistakable aromas of cigar, toasty spices, forest floor, chocolate, and cherries in the spirit. It has ripe tannins and a noticeable acidity on the palate, which are well-balanced with the sweetness.

Vineyard: Vineyard: 300 – 500 meters above sea level and protected microclimate. Clay soils, nutrient deficient and fast draining.

Excellent with dry pastries, fruit and cream cakes, dark chocolate, blue cheese, and cream-filled pastries.
