Dark purple red. Intense and complex, with notes of aromatic herbs and touches of graphite and berries on the nose. The sip is harmonious with a long mineral finish and oriented to a soft and fresh development with a long finish that brings back the spicy notes.

Vineyard: Morello vineyards: located at 660 -690 feet on a clay-muddy soil, not very fertile in north-south direction

Pairs well with: Red meat, but also game (especially duck), pasta with meat sauces and aged cheese.
