Colour is deep garnet red, acquiring orangish tints after some years of bottle aging. Bouquet voluptuous richness, warm and generous, with complex scents of spices liquorice, and dried violets. The palate is dry with extremely full flavours and well-integrated tannins that serve to accentuate the wine’s classic qualities.
Vineyard: Barolo “Paesi Tuoi” is made with the blending technique, which was typical in the Langhe as early as the beginning of the last century. This is the preferred technique of our estate, which concentrates on making elegant and well-balanced wines.
Pairs well with: Roast and braised meats, game and mature cheeses. The perfect accompaniment for dishes with mushrooms and truffles.
