Bright red with a rather intense pink. The bouquet is richly aromatic, intensely redolent of crisp fruit, particularly strawberry, with hints of Rosé petals. The palate is sweet, velvety, with a slight effervescence.
Vineyard: The Brachetto grapes used in this wine come from the Acqui area in the Alto Monferrato district. The different composition of the soils (rich in sand, lime and clay) gives the wine a unique expressive versatility, emphasing finesse and elegance, as well as body and intensity.
Pairs well with: Excellent served with sweets, particularly with hazelnut Lady Kisses, marrons glacés, Krumiri, cornmeal biscuits, sweet white truffles, langues de chat and macaroons.
