Bright, golden yellow in colour. A bouquet of intense aromas of rosé blossoms, lychee, and pineapple. Full-bodied and creamy at first impression, very clean & direct, tropical fruits dominate the palate, with a long, lingering, aromatic finish.

Vineyard: Vineyard: South-facing slope at 450 – 500m above sea level. Loamy marl on primary rock (porphyry, granite).

Shrimp and flavorful fish as well as Asian cuisine. Try it too thinly sliced streaky bacon!
