Light straw yellow color with green reflections. The scent is fine and delicate with intense citron aromas, but also floral and characterized by hawthorn and elder fragrances. The taste is fresh, sapid, and with character. There are great aromatic flavors.

Vineyard: Vineyards lie in the Colli di Luni at 50 – 450 metres above sea level. The sandy, alluvial soil of the valet and the meagre, dry soil of the hills gives these wines such unique characteristics.

Pairs well with: It is perfect with sea salad, with white or bluefish or with vegetable soups.
