Colour is deep garnet. The bouquet is delicate and penetrating with hints of mature plum. Flavour is dry, warm and robust. Aged for two years in Slovanian oak casks and small French oak barrels followed by a six-month period in the bottle.

Vineyard: South West facing with 300 – 320 meters above sea level and protected microclimate. Mixtures of clay and fine sand with Marine Pliocene sediment.

Pairs well with: It is the perfect accompaniment for red meats, game and well-seasoned cheeses.
