Fine and persistent with a bouquet of scented Rosé, citrus fruit, acacia flowers, vine blossom, white peach, pear, and apple. The palate is extremely dry, but still velvety and round and long creamy finish.

Pairs well with: Perfect as an aperitif. It is perfectly matched with shells and shellfish.
